Meyer Sound is off to a roaring start in 2024, with ground-breaking technology showcases at The NAMM Show and Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) conventions.

“2024 promises to be another significant year for Meyer Sound,” says Senior Vice President John McMahon. “We’re building on unprecedented momentum that began with the success of the PANTHER large-format linear line array and the 2100-LFC low-frequency control element. This success continues with further development of our award-winning Nebra software and the newly announced NADIA DSP platform, which is already redefining the world of active acoustics. NAMM and ISE are perfect opportunities to highlight our latest advancements and forge meaningful connections in key markets as we move ahead.”

The NAMM Show: Up Close and Personal With Next-Gen PA Technology

Meyer Sound returns to The NAMM Show, January 25–28, with a focus on advanced loudspeaker solutions and immersive technologies.

The NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA will showcase the power pairing of the award-winning PANTHER™ large-format linear line array loudspeaker with the new 2100‑LFC™ low-frequency control element, which extends linear response to 30 Hz in a package that’s 20 percent lighter than previous models.

A range of compact line array systems, immersive sound experiences, and point-source solutions will be highlighted at the Meyer Sound exhibit space, located in room #17100 (ACC North Level 2) of the Anaheim Convention Center.

PANTHER and the 2100-LFC will be on display alongside LINA® very compact line array loudspeakers paired with the 750-LFC™ very compact low-frequency control element and LEOPARD® compact linear array loudspeakers with the 900‑LFC™ low-frequency element. Visitors can also catch live demonstrations of the Spacemap® Go spatial sound design and mixing tool and Nebra™ system configuration and monitoring platform alongside ULTRA-X40™ and ULTRA-X20™ compact loudspeakers and the USW-112P™ compact subwoofer. Demonstrations will take place daily on the odd hours starting at 11am.

Meyer Sound is a Gold Sponsor of this year’s Parnelli Awards, where legendary audio engineer and long-time Meyer Sound educator Buford Jones will be recognized with a Parnelli Audio Innovator Award — the industry’s highest honor for live event professionals — for his far-reaching influence across a half-century career pioneering the craft. The award will be presented by Meyer Sound Executive Vice President Helen Meyer at the ceremony on Friday, January 26 at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Meyer Sound’s 2100-LFC is a finalist for a Parnelli Award in the Indispensable Technology – Audio category.

Meyer Sound is also a Bronze Sponsor of the TEC Awards, taking place on Saturday, January 27 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Meyer Sound’s Nebra software is nominated for an award in the Audio Apps & Hardware/Peripherals For Smartphones & Tablets category.

ISE Show: Spotlight on Complete Integrated Solutions

At this year’s Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) show, Meyer Sound will showcase a range of offerings reaffirming the company’s leadership in integrated sound systems solutions and highlighting deep investments in digital platforms, with Milan as a key enabling technology.

The Meyer Sound stand (Hall 3, booth 3N820) will feature the PANTHER large-format linear line array paired with the 2100-LFC low-frequency control element, which together comprise the first large-scale, full-bandwidth line array system to offer Milan-protocol digital audio coupled with comprehensive telemetry features.

ISE attendees can also explore an ecosystem of point-source solutions with the ULTRA-X20 compact loudspeaker and the USW-112P compact subwoofer, which feature Meyer Sound’s newest Class D amplifiers and processing technologies and integrated Milan endpoints. This year, an expanded Tech Bar will host hands-on demonstrations of diverse digital solutions, including the new NADIA™ network-based audio processing and distribution platform for Constellation acoustic system installations, along with the Galileo® GALAXY Network Platform, as well as the Spacemap® Go spatial sound design and mixing tool.

In addition to experiencing live demonstrations of a NADIA-based Spacemap Go spatial sound system featuring the ULTRA-X20 and USW-112P, attendees will have opportunities to get hands-on and see for themselves how easy it is to build and automate spatial mixes in minutes.

Meyer Sound will also spotlight the award-winning Nebra software platform, which provides the ability to monitor Meyer Sound networked systems and manage connections in Milan networks in both portable and installed applications.

“We’re thrilled to present a potent range of Milan-enabled tools at this year’s ISE show,” says Meyer Sound Director of Product and Services Andy Davies. “From loudspeakers that pack immense power and performance into compact, lightweight designs to our fast, flexible Spacemap Go spatial audio solution to comprehensive monitoring and control offered by Nebra, these innovations exemplify our commitment to delivering complete integrated system solutions.”

The NAMM Show returns to the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA, January 25–28; ISE 2023 takes place in Barcelona, Spain at Fira Barcelona from January 30 to February 2.
