A feat of instrument design and a complex labor of love, the SunSyn is an exceptional hardware synth boasting 8 modular voices with 2 analog oscillators, 2 guided digital oscillators, and a highly- customizable, morphing 4-pole filter per voice. A novel modulation system delivers 32 assignments (4 per voice) with over 4000 potential routings, all done in the analog domain, providing incredibly rich and dynamic sound design possibilities typically attainable only on larger modular systems.
PX SunBox delivers what we think represent the most unique, charactered, and sometimes epic sounds from this machine by way of a dual-osc system built on 420 hardware-sampled layers, all custom-designed and recorded directly from the hardware.
