On May 4th, Omni Sound Project is partnering with Sennheiser to present the Approaching a Mix Intensive for burgeoning mix engineers who need to dive deeper into technical aspects of setting up and finishing a mix. Shaping the future of audio and creating unique sound experiences for customers – this aim unites Sennheiser employees and partners worldwide. The independent family company, which is managed in the third generation by Dr. Andreas Sennheiser and Daniel Sennheiser, is today one of the world’s leading manufacturers of headphones, loudspeakers, microphones and wireless transmission systems.Core faculty member Annlie Huang will guide students on an exploration of how to set up a mix session, approach a track, work with references, interact with clients, fix problems, and deliver the mix to mastering. Class size is limited, so questions and interaction are encouraged. The intensive is open to all genders and will be held on four consecutive Tuesdays, beginning on May 4th.
