New Content and Workflow Enhancements
iamReverb 1.5.0 introduces a comprehensive update focused on improving workflow, expanding creative options, and making preset management more efficient.
The update adds new content across both editions of the plugin. The full version now includes 13 new presets and 6 new impulse responses (IRs), while the lite version receives 6 new presets and 5 new IRs. The additional content provides new starting points for different production and mixing scenarios.
Version 1.5.0 also introduces RT60 reverb time display directly in both the preset browser and the main window, giving users immediate insight into the decay characteristics of each preset and making sound selection faster and more intuitive.
To streamline preset exploration, users can now lock parameters so selected values remain unchanged when switching between presets. This makes it easier to compare spaces and textures while preserving key settings.
A new Close / Mid / Far Gain Solo function improves room balancing and detailed listening. By holding the right mouse button on any gain control, users can temporarily solo the corresponding channel.
In addition, Preset Sync simplifies working with multiple plugin instances: adding, renaming, or deleting presets in one instance now automatically updates the preset menu across all other open instances.
iamReverb 1.5.0 is available now as a free update for existing users.
