M-Audio has announced an update to their Luna microphone. The Luna II features Class-A, solid-state electronics, a 1.1" 3-micron gold diaphragm with brass capsule, and SPL handling of 140dB with the pad engaged. New to the microphone is a switchable low-frequency roll-off filter.

The microphone ships in a wooden case, includes a heavy-duty shockmount and is in stores now with an MSRP of $399.99.
